Since my first job earning income, I have always prepared my own taxes, and as my life changed over the years, I accumulated experience with many kinds of filing. I learned first to file my taxes on paper, including multi-state and city tax returns which I had to file after graduating DePaul University in Chicago and moving to Grand Rapids, MI.
When I started my own business of Thai Yoga and wellness services, I continued to prepare my own taxes, learning how to keep records and organize information for a smooth filing experience as a sole-proprietor.
I love to learn. I have a Doctorate of Sacred Natural Medicine degree. I train regularly as a professional dancer and am the assistant manager at Armentality Movement Arts Center. My creative passions are writing poetry and creating music. I also co-authored and self-published a novel.
I began my professional training as a Tax Preparer in 2022 with Integrity Tax Group. Over the years, I successfully filed hundreds of tax returns with a range of circumstances, completed many hours of professional Continuing Education (C.E.) tax training, as well as Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Due Diligence training. I have experience with filing paper and electronic copies of tax returns to the IRS, amending tax returns, and helping people understand IRS letters.

" Tax return preparers who have an active preparer tax identification number, but no professional credentials and do not participate in the Annual Filing Season Program, are authorized to prepare tax returns. They have no authority to represent clients before the IRS (except regarding returns they prepared and filed December 31, 2015, and prior). " www.irs.gov
